10 am       Opening Prayer and Spiritual Reflection by Fr. Wilbert Chin Jon, Pastor at St. Bonaventure

10.15am   Calgary Diocesan Central Council (CDCC) AGA Statutory Meeting chaired by President, T. Barry

10.45am   Coffee Break

11 am     Western Region AGA Statutory Meeting, chaired by President, Peter Ouellette of Edmonton

11.30am   Address by National President, Jean-Noel Cormier of Ottawa – “Big Picture” update on SSVP

12 noon   Hot Lunch

1 pm       Develop “Going Forward” plan for material coming from Ozanam Day at St. Michael’s last fall.

1.45pm   Coffee Break

2pm          Keynote Speaker – Naheed Nenshi, Mayor of Calgary.

                 Calgary’s plan to eliminate poverty and homelessness

2.30pm   Vincentian humorous stories & experiences

3pm          Connie MacKenzie CDCC Youth Coordinator.

The impact young Vincentians are having in our community

3.30 pm   Barbara Raleigh-Smith, Calgary Diocese Volunteer Screening Coordinator.

               Update on volunteer screening and police check policy in the Calgary Diocese

4.15pm    Closing Prayer

5pm – 7pm   Optional Dinner at local restaurant for interested Vincentians.
